Registration Procedure
  1. Teams interested in participating in this competition must register with the bid committee by January 24, 2020 23:59 EST. Registration can be completed by submitting the documents listed under Section 1.7 Intent to Submit in the RFP located at the bottom of this page. Teams must choose a team name, team leader, as well as a team email address and email their registration form to the following email address: 2020tcicbidcomp@gmail.com. Please ensure team names adhere to a professional standard, as the team names of the winners will be printed on award letters and certificates. All team members must read the confidentiality contract and provide their name and signature on the registration form.
  2. Registration to Construct Connect will be sent to the proponent’s registration email upon successful registration. An email will be sent to each team’s email address with instructions and subsequent steps for accessing your account. If you have not received instructions as of January 27th, 2020 please contact the Bid Competition Committee at the email address noted above.
  3. Each team must have a mentor acting as an advisor to their team. Mentors may counsel only one (1) registered team and must be in the construction industry. College and University Professors are not eligible as mentors, however, professors may coach any team associated with their respective school. Teams must obtain a mentor for the competition, if you are having difficulty finding a mentor please submit the “Mentor Application Form” via email to 2020tcicbidcomp@gmail.com before January 24th, 2020 23:59 EST. Teams must obtain their mentor and email a signed “Mentor Declaration Form” 2020tcicbidcomp@gmail.com to by February 19th, 2020, 23:59:59 CST.
